Mastectomy Monday

Brca 1. Preventative mastectomy. Aged 28.

Over the muscle, 935cc implants, nipple sparing.

From a 36H to 36E/F (ish)
.
At our PSG on Wednesday night, we chatted about how it felt to undergo a mastectomy and reconstruction when you have big boobs.
.
Some were happy to have the weight (quite literally!) lifted from them, while others talked of their boobs being part of their identity and the worry of what is possible in terms of an implant reconstruction and how a change in size would make them feel.
.
Co-founder Lisa understands both sides, and talked about how her 935cc implants give her the best of both worlds; Still maintaining some of the size she was pre-op, while making it possible for her to go bra-less, which she does often! 😆
.
"4 years down the line and I no longer recognise my og boobs! They look so alien to me.
As much as it was a hard decision to make, I LOVE my foobs and don't regret my decision at all."
.

4. RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS: Small gestures like paying for someone’s coffee, leaving a positive note for a colleague, or donating to charity can spread kindness unexpectedly.

5. EXPRESS GRATITUDE: Thanking people for their efforts, whether in personal or professional settings, creates goodwill and appreciation.

6. SHAR RESOURCES: Offering books, tools, or any helpful resources to others can be a generous way to show kindness.
